After reading the included article, you can get a conclusion about what is the best teams traits:

 1. On the good teams, Leadership is shifted from a member to another based on the scope of experiences and the situation in hand. 

 2. The good teams are sensitive to non-verbal communication, it called social intelligence and it enhance the integrity between the team members 

 3. Teams are composed of people who are all exceptionally smart and successful.they wait until a topic arises in which they are expert, and then they speak at length, explaining what is best to do. When someone makes a side comment, the speaker stops, reminds everyone of the agenda and pushes the meeting back on track. These team are efficient. 

 4.Google started Project Aristotle to study how perfect teams work and how can we create perfect teams. Google’s data indicated that psychological safety, more than anything else, was critical to making a team work.

 5. The behaviors that create psychological safety — conversational turn-taking and empathy — are part of the same unwritten rules we often turn to, as individuals, when we need to establish a bond. And those human bonds matter as much at work as anywhere else.

 6.What Project Aristotle has taught people within Google that the company can a safe place to get your other personal life and feel free to combine your other life inheres with your work, nothing is separated. formality in work place is bad. creating a comfortable work place will bring together the best teams and sustain them for longer period's and more projects.
